In a key Black Diamond Conference (BDC) match-up Feb. 4, Chester lost to Goreville 43-32 at Goreville.

Goreville remains a perfect 6-0 in the BDC which Chester (15-9) fell to 5-2.

DeOndre Martin led Chester with 13 points. Jordan Hughes scored seven, Ian Reith six, Matt Korando four and Chett Andrews two.

Chester hosts Vienna Friday and plays Saturday at home against Carbondale.
