The Chester Lady Jackets improved to 2-0 in Cahokia Conference play with a road win over Red Bud Sept. 9.
Earlier in the week, Chester beat Carlyle for its first conference win.
The Lady Jackets beat Trico Sept. 2 to win third place in the 2021 Labor Day Volleyball Tournament at Marissa and Red Bud.
Chester went 2-2 in pool play.

On Aug. 31, Chester beat Gibault 21-14, 17-21, 15-11, but lost to East St. Louis 19-21, 21-24.

On Sept. 1, the Lady Jackets beat Steeleville and lost to Red Bud.

Paige Vasquez was named to the all-tournament team.
Chester defeated Carlyle on Sept. 7.
