CHS will be hosting a Holiday Celebration on Friday, December 15. The administration and staff have come up with a fun-filled day with lots of activities for the students.
Each class will be given 15 minutes to review or ask questions about the upcoming winter finals.
Students in CSSI, Opt-out, Workforce, and Start-up program need to come to school instead of going to your various programs and staying in the Media center for the hours they don’t have class.
All students will have the same lunch hour, you will either eat in the cafeteria or the gym.
From 11:15-12:05, we will be conducting various fun Holiday activities around the school that students will sign up for next week. This will include cookie decorating with nursing home participants, Arts and Crafts, tabletop and card games, trivia contests, and archery team competition in Jurguens Gym.
Staff and local first responders will be invited to join in all the reindeer games.
12:44 – 1:26 will consist of the winter games where classes will compete for the spirit stick and rewards and pep rally for the winter sports.
Some other crazy things going on that day:
Holiday bead competition will go on during the passing period, at lunch, and inside the classroom with staff approval.
Pick A Side ~ Dress up in red or green, might see an appearance from Santa and the Grinch.
The “Detailing DJ” will be in the house rocking all our favorite Christmas Tunes.
