The environmental green team hosted a cap collection competing between all of the different RTIs. Each cap that was collected earned the school 5 cents. The winner of the competition received a free ice cream cake from Dairy Queen and a free Period in Colbert gym so they could do what they pleased.
The winner of the collection was Mrs. Clendinen’s class with a total of 363 caps
Second place was Mrs. Hammel’s class with 66 caps.
Third place Mrs. Boyd’s class with 29 caps.
