The Powderpuff game is Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. The Powderpuff game has the girls become football players with boys as their coaches and the boys become cheerleaders. Each class will have a team consisting of 24 players, 12 cheerleaders, 5 coaches and a cheer coach.
Games will be played as Freshmen vs Juniors and Sophomores Vs Senior. Game one will be Freshmen and seniors with the Juniors and Sophomores playing game two.
The winners of both games will play game three. Each game will have two halves that are ten minutes long with a 2 min half time. During the last couple minutes of the game, the clock will stop for penalties just like in a regular football game. The field will be played from the home 45 Yard line and the goal post. The teams will have three chances to score. A tackle will be when a player pulls the flag from the player with the ball.
Freshmen and Juniors including their fans will sit on the visitor’s side while the Sophomore and Seniors will sit on the home side.
The Senior players are Elania Lutman, Whitney Sulser, Mckenna LaChance, Sadie Sellers, Mirra Kreig, Rylie Conley, Gianna Eggemeyer, and Peyton Cole. They are being coached by Caden Brunkhorst, Kolton Jany, Nate Maes, Brenden Malley, and Zain Al-Jassim. The cheerleaders are Evan Dunning, Maddox Hunter, Lincon Shroeder, Jaden Lopez, Alex Williamson, Max Blechle, and Eli Stout. The coaches are Kourtney House and Eva Meade.
The Junior team will consist of Maggie Caby, Jessie Stumpe, Camryn Wolf, Callie Davis, Lillian Diskey, Addy Gottschammer, Rylie Lochhead, Lexie Mott, Aubrie Coleman, and Annah Helvey Ahring, with coaches Tray Peters, Brayden Juenger, Jakob Steuve, Ethan Colvis, and Denis Vasquez. The Cheer squad will consist of Derrius Shoemate, Gabe Coffman, Reed Creason, Tyson Jausel and Morgan Miers, coached by Natalie Guetersloh.
The players for the Sophomore team are Joella Eggeymeyer, Lauren Cowell, Aubrey Colvis, Aleah Eggemeyer, Aiden Mckenny, Katie Werner, Bailey Hartman, Brooke Howie, Rylee Shemonic, Brenna Tucker,and Amelia Terry, coached by Zane Eggemeyer, Tashawn Palacio, Kanon Jany, Camren Albaugh, and Trevin Eggemeyer. Cheerleaders are Logan Brace, Jackie Bess, Keegan Quandt, Alex Blechle, Kross Jany, Logan McDonald, Landen Conder, Ryker Hoffman, and Bryce Williams, coached by Elizabeth Dickneite
The Freshman players are Jaden Bert, Kaylee Cowell, Addy Jany, Ashlyn Addison, Marlie Caby, Isabella Rafihell, Grace Irose, Vanessa Greene, Maci Ahring, Carlee Cato, Maddie Hurstoy, Mallorie Homan, Jamie Duran, Amelia Shipley, Alyssa Stehl, Kenna Thompson, and Kelly Amar. They will be coached by Brock Fuller, Rhett Creason, Donnie Sabo, Danny Worley, Paxton Beam, Reagan Sims. Cheerleaders are Michael Montroy, Kale Sprengel, Gage Lynn, Jaden Ramirez, Avery Whittenborn, Bentley Valleroy, Logan Springston, Nathan Rhoades, Anthony Keeton, and Justice Mattingly, coached by Kaylin Jany.
