Chester High School’s Spanish Club took a trip to St. Louis, September 20th, to visit the Hispanic Festival. The festival was held from 10 AM to 10 PM in Soulard Park, but the students left around 1 PM.

The club members who attended were Monica Anaya, Nevaeh Armbruster, Logan Brace, Nico DeGuzman, Victor Fuentes, Ashley Garcia-Sanchez, Natalie Guetersloh, Jonathan Hayer, Denis Hernandez-Vasquez, Tony Hernandez-Huerta, Ivan Hobbs, Franklin Jimenez-Velasquez, Trevor Keeton, Jaden Lopez, Manuela Lopez, Chelse Mathis, Robbie Myers, Rylie Myers, Lily O’Connell, Katy Ordoñez Lorenzo, Adrian Paredes, Alex Partin, Aubrey Petrowske, Kathrine Pierce, Jaimy Rodriguez Duran, Larry Sorto, Brayden Tucker, Will Welge, and Elizabeth Wilson.

At the festival, the students were able to enjoy many different activities such as dancing, trying different foods, looking at different booths with crafts, and more!

Many students had a great time and experienced many new things and were able to learn more about the culture.
