Here at Chester High School we have some great custodians that do a wonderful job at keeping our school clean and in great condition. We at The Sting would like to thank them for doing an amazing job and being a good role models to the students. Here is what some of the students had to say about them.
Bob Dickson is my best friend and one of the custodians at our high school. He is a sweet and kind guy. We have been friends since my freshman year. The first time we talked was after I was talking to myself looking for snacks in my moms bag after school. After that we just sorta clicked and have been best friends ever since. That is one of my first memories I had with Bob. – Hannah Hoskin
If you used to attend CGS, then you definitely know who Mr. Tim is! Mr. Tim always made lunch more fun with his funny jokes and him throwing Jolly Ranchers at us like it was a parade. Mr. Tim also helps during theater, when making props or stage adjustments for us. He is one of the funniest and helpful people at this school. Thank you for being our custodian Mr. Tim! – Elizabeth Wilson
Kay is one of the many custodians in our school. Kay is a breast cancer survivor, her and her husband went through it together. She has 2 dogs that she loves a lot. She really likes her job, and she has been doing it for a while. She likes to clean and organize things. She is a very friendly person, and likes meeting new people. She is very nice, and genuinely a caring person, as well as funny. I love running into her in the halls, she is very thoughtful. Thank you for everything you do Kay. – Raven Rindener
Preston is the man behind everything. He is the head of the custodians here at CHS. We thank him for everything he does to keep CHS running smoothly.
Scott is our night custodian. Thank you for everything you do Scott.
Clayton Andrews is one of the student helpers here at CHS. He graduated from this school as the Class of 2023. He also happens to be my uncle! He is one of the nicest people I know and always knows how to lighten the mood. He worked as a student helper a lot during the summer and still occasionally works here now. He was very active in school activities such as band, golf, basketball, and more! We appreciate you, Clayton! – Elizabeth Wilson
Another one of our student helpers is Peyton Dickerson. She is Bob’s granddaughter and is currently a student at CHS. Peyton works hard during the day with Bob to help keep the school clean and stocked. Thank you Peyton for the wonderful job you do.
We have a few more students workers who help the custodians keep the school clean and well stocked with supplies, Korbin Jany, Aiden Blechle, and Trevor Keeton. Thank you all for the hard work you do.
