The ninth costume theme is dolls!
Doll costumes can be a very cute and simple costume or sometimes a very scary costume, either way they have been popular for a while now.
Doll costumes got popular with things like Barbie and Ken or Raggedy Ann and Andy, and creepy doll costumes got popular with characters like Chucky or Tiffany from the Child’s Play franchise and evolved with Glen and Glenda! There are countless doll costume ideas with horror characters like Billy the Puppet from Saw, Annabelle, or recently even M3gan! More child appropriate costumes include the simple porcelain doll, Monster High, and Bratz. People also dress up as voodoo dolls, Russian nesting dolls, and even paper dolls.
There are many different types of directions you could go for with this costume theme, some that I didn’t even talk about here!
