31 Days of Halloween Costumes
The twenty-seventh costume is Cops & Prisoners.
Cops & Prisoners is another popular costume for best friends or couples.
Popular aspects of a cop costume is a blue outfit, a badge, the hat, and some occasional accessories like a baton or handcuffs.
Prisoner costumes are either the cartoony black and white striped jumpsuit, or the orange jumpsuit.
