“Time Cut” released in 2024, starring Madison Bailey, Antonia Gentry, and Griffin Gluck, follows the story of a small town serial killer who shocked the town, leading Lucy Field to accidentally go back in time and attempt to save her sister.
Being someone who really likes Madison Bailey and Griffin Gluck, I pretty much enjoy almost any project that these two are involved in. And “Time Cut” is no different. All three leading actors are amazing in this movie. The chemistry between Bailey and Gentry in their “sister” scenes, truly made me smile thinking of my own experiences with my sisters.
All the plot twists in the movie were okay, but I honestly accidentally spoiled them for myself by watching reviews about the movie on TikTok. But I think that if you didn’t know where the twists were, you wouldn’t know.
Although I am against giving spoilers, a tiny spoiler I wanted to talk about is the LGBTQ+ representation in this movie. Having a main character living in the 2000s be gay, truly shocked me, however I think that Gentry played it very well.
In total, I rate this movie a 9/10, and I do plan on watching it again.
