This year’s senior football players came up with the idea of an impact project. Each player got to pick one person who made an impact on their life.
Cayden Brunkhorst chose Rachel Marshall, CGS Teacher and former Cheer Coach I picked Mrs. Marshall because she was one of the best teachers I’ve had, and it was always a fun time in her classroom. She really made an impact on my life.
Lannin Caron chose Paula Ray, CHS Teacher, Best teacher ever she understands me and know what I need to grow as a student.
Kolton Jany chose Pete Jany, Father and Mentor I picked my dad because he has always been there for me and supports me throughout the highs and lows of my life.
Devante Palacio chose Jarrod Peters, Randolph Country Sheriff, I picked my person because he has been my coach for multiple sports since I was a little kid, and he has always been there for my family when we needed it. My favorite part of the project was giving it to the person and seeing their reaction. And honestly it was our moms that got it all together we just had to pick and deliver.
Jack Heffernan chose Dwight Lochhead, CHS Teacher, I picked Mr. D Lochhead because the stories he tells us while he’s teaching has taught me a lot about life and how to be a good person.
Alex Williamson chose Bryce Bainter, CHS Teacher and Coach. He always makes P.E. fun and interactive and he helped me a lot with my confidence in athletics.
