CHS Senior, Whitney Sulsur, received the Daughter of the American Revolution Award!
This is a program that is open to all senior class students in both public and private school. The student selected must have the following qualities: truthfulness, loyalty, punctuality, trustworthy, cooperation, courtesy, helpful to others, self-control, responsibility, inspirations, and decision making. Schools once a year pick a student to be their DAR Good Citizen.
The chosen student receives a DAR Good Citizens pin and certificate. Whitney will have a chance to receive the scholarship by writing an essay and resume. Whitney was the one who was nominated for CHS and has completed all of the requirements for her to achieve this opportunity for a scholarship. We are so proud of you Whitney!
