Album #1: The Crux by Djo
Favorite Song: Gap Tooth Smile
Notes: I had never listened to Djo before this album, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from them. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that each song has a different vibe and feeling from it. I definitely enjoyed it and plan on listening to their other music.
Album #2: Forever Is A Feeling by Lucy Dacus
Favorite Song: Most Wanted Man
Notes: This album will remind you that music is truly a form of art. I absolutely loved this album so much, and the feature from Hozier on here was just perfection. I will forever be such a huge Lucy Dacus fan, as all of her music has so much meaning and intention behind it, and it’s amazing.
Album #3: Hot by Le Sserafim
Favorite Song: Come Over
Notes: “Hot” is your typical K-Pop album, that doesn’t really differ too much from their other work. It definitely went in a more English direction, but I heavily enjoyed the more summery vibe the album has. It’s not bad, but it’s not new.
