The Chester High School boys’ golf team competed in the Chester Annual Golf Invitational at the Chester Country Club Golf Course on Monday, Sept. 8. The event consisted of eighteen holes, nine teams, and fifty-four golfers.

CHS junior Trevin Eggemeyer finished in 5th place after a tie-breaker with Draedan Duncan of Red Bud. CHS-junior Tallen James took home the 3rd-place award, led only by Red Bud High School students Kruz Koester (2nd Place) and Jack Muench (1st Place).

Overall, CHS placed 4th in team standings with a total of 344 strokes.
