Chester took the road to take on the Carlyle Indians on October 3rd, 2025. Chester went into the game 4-1, and Carlyle 0-5. Both teams were looking to pick up a conference win.

Chester dominated on offense with 311 yards total on just 48 plays. Chester was led in passing by Senior Tray Peters with 157 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 1 interception. Receiving was led by Junior TaShawn Palacio with 74 yards and 2 touchdowns. Junior Trey McCartney also had 37 yards and a touchdown. Junior Alex Blechle also added 46 yards. Rushing was led by Senior Ethan Colvis with 130 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Junior Zane Eggemeyer rushed for 22.

Defense was also led by Colvis with 20 tackles, 3 for a loss. Palacio added 13, Junior Kanon Jany had 9, and Junior Karim Landeros had 8 with 1 for a loss, 1 sack, and a forced fumble.
