I am not sure if I would call seeing CATS a pleasure, but to me, it was enjoyable. The movie CATS was based on Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hit musical. The music itself was quite good. Jennifer Hudson’s rendition of “Memory” was the only reason I stayed in the theater. While the music, again, was quite amazing, the CGI effects were quite scary. It reminded me of a reverse Sonic. If you’re looking for a laugh with friends, I would recommend this show. But if you are not the biggest fan of musicals, or cats for that matter, I would not advise you to see this movie. Since its release, the movie is projected to lose $80,000… not a big surprise.
