The Chester chapter of the National Honors Society held their induction ceremony April 18.
This was one of the first pieces of normal NHS has had this year. Of course everyone was masked and was socially distanced.
New inductees of the sophomore class were Chelsea August, Trace Fricke, Savanna Guebert, and Koby Jany. Juniors inducted were Hannah Blechle, Emma Bryant, Anna Childs, Madison Kribs, and Jared Landeros. There were only three seniors inducted this year: Amelia Shemonic, Camdyn Shemonic, and Katie Shinabargar.
Class officers for this year’s NHS are the following: President – Kennedy Herrell, Vice President – Josie Kattenbracker, Secretary – Peyton Clendenin, and Treasurer – Lauren Soellner.
With the new inductees, the total of all NHS members in this chapter is brought to 28 students.
