Emily Millburg is the sponsor for the CHS’ FFA chapter. Many people don’t realize that FFA is first national, then each state has a piece of the national organization, and lastly, schools have chapters. The sponsor is very excited to start meetings; the first one will be held on August 27th, in the Ag room. You don’t have to be a student of an Ag class to join FFA, anyone is welcome! The first meeting is for students who have any questions or are interested to see what the FFA is all about. There is no regular meetings, as of yet.

The major goal of FFA is to be active in the community. Mrs. Millburg would love for her students to be more involved and show off their positive influence to the area. The more minor goal is to be more active, especially after last year. With COVID being so involved in everyone’s lives, in previous years, this year her fingers are crossed.
