The Chester Yellow Jackets Boys’ Golf Team improved its record to 28-21-2 by defeating Red Bud 159-226 Sept. 13 at the Chester Country Club.
The 159 was the team’s low score for the season.
Kaden Freytag was medalist with a 37. Chance Mott shot 39, Lucan Thompson 40, Luke Miller 43 and Gage Hasemeyer 43.
On Sept. 11, Chester tied for second in a two-man tournament at Marissa.
Freytag and Thompson shot 40-38-78.
Miller and Aidan Blechle had a 39-39-78. Hasemeyer and Noah Homan carded a 44-36-80. Mott and Evan Dunning scored 42-40-82.
