SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) formerly known as Students Against Driving Drunk sponsored by Mrs. Belton is now sponsored by Mrs. Durbin!
At the assembly where students got to sign up for any clubs they would like to join, SADD was a very popular sign-up choice for many of the students. It was announced that SADD did not have a sponsor yet and was looking for one. Mrs. Durbin kindly stood up and took the role to run the club for her students.

“What made you want to sponsor SADD?” I asked, Mrs. Durbin responded “Students wanted SADD to come back, It is such a nice group, I couldn’t resist saying no!”

“What is SADD, for students that would like to join, and what consists of this club?” Mrs. Durbin said “There is a lot done to promote healthy choices in our students. There are two big things that happen in this club: Red Ribbon Week and the spring conference.”
The spring conference is where all SADD clubs from different schools get together and discuss and much more!

Mrs. Durbin is excited to lead us in this club. She is hoping for our first meeting to be in September! Mrs. Durbin has a Google Classroom for SADD, If anyone who didn’t join at the assembly would like to, contact Mrs. Durbin by email or stop by her classroom for any information!
