Aubrie Medford won the conference championship as the Chester Yellow Jackets Girls’ Golf Team improved their record to 18-16 with a 3rd place finish at conference.

The Lady Jackets traveled to Okawville on September 22nd to compete in their conference tournament. The Lady Jackets shot a team score of (422) falling just short of Okawville (419) and Red Bud (411) but finishing in 3rd place overall. Medford won conference and led the Lady Jackets with a score of 81 (+9) Camryn Luthy also made the all-conference team and placed 4th individually with a score of 87 (+15) Other Varsity Girls scores as followed: Rylie Myers 126 (+54), Jessica Stumpe (+56), and Addy Gottschammer 142 (+70).

The Chester Yellow Jackets Girls’ Golf Team also traveled to Sparta on September 15th for a match against Sparta and Trico. The Chester Girls shot a team score of (195) falling short of Trico (190) but beating Sparta (232) Camryn Luthy medaled and led the Jackets with a round of 41 (+5) Other Varsity Chester scores as followed: Aubrie Medford 42 (+6), Macy Bert 45 (+9), Rylie Myers 67 (+31), and Addy Gottschammer 71 (+35).
