The Chester boys’ golf team took third at the regional to advance as a team to the sectional. They took eighth at the sectional.

The Chester Yellow Jackets Boys’ Golf Team finished their season with a record of 50-28 after an 8th place finish at Sectionals.
The Chester Yellow Jackets Boys’ Golf Team traveled to Effingham to compete in the sectionals tournament on October 3rd. The Chester Boys shot a team score of (355), finishing 8th out of 12 teams. Chance Mott led the Yellow Jackets and missed the cut for state by 2 strokes with a round of 84 (+12). Other Boys Varsity Scores as follows: Noah Homan 86 (+14), Gage Hasemeyer 86 (+14), Clayton Andrews 99 (+27), Lucas Thompson 104 (+32), and Aidan Blechle 118 (+46).
