Spanish Students Celebrate Día de los Muertos

Ace Smith, Editor

Día de los Muertos, also known as Day of the Dead, is a day celebrated on November 1 to November 2. Ms. Zeiger, the local Spanish teacher at CHS, hosted a decorative contest and made her first Día de los Muertos cake. Mexican heritage usually celebrates the day in honor of the dead. The winners of her contest were Mirra Krieg, Josalynn Anaya, Brenden Malley, and Caiden Hamilton.
