The Chester Invitational Tournament kicked off on January 9th at 6 pm with a game between Valmeyer and Gibault. Gibault won and advanced to the second round of the winners’ bracket. Saxony Lutheran and Lovejoy played the 7:30 pm game with Saxony Lutheran winning by 5 points. Saxony Lutheran will advance to the second round of the winners’ bracket.
The tourney runs through Jan. 14.
