Album #1: I Am The Dog by Sir Chloe
Favorite Song: Center
Notes: I absolutely adore Sir Chloe, and I am very happy that this album is way better than I imagined. A nice album with very diverse music, but done in a good way that doesn’t make them seem out of place. Center is my favorite song, as it has such an ear-pleasing beat to it.
Album #2: Ill Communication by Beastie Boys
Favorite Song: Get It Together (feat. Q-Tip)
Notes: A classic album with a good mix of rock and rap. There were quite a bit of instrumentals on this album that kinda gave elevator music vibes, but they were pretty decent nonetheless. Q-Tip was also a great feature on “Get It Together.”
Album #3: Colourmeinkindness (Deluxe Anniversary Edition) by Basement
Favorite Song: Covet
Notes: A nice indie rock album with great instrumentals joined with some nice lyrics. “Covet” has to be my favorite song as it introduced me to this band, but “Bad Apple” is a very close second for me. I definitely recommend this album to indie music fans.
