Album #1: Above by Mad Season
Favorite Song: X-Ray Mind
Notes: This was a suggestion from Mr. Conley. I actually really liked this album, and I struggled with picking a favorite. I was surprised to see that Mad Season only produced one other album, which was them performing “Above” live, and I wish they had more music because I quite enjoyed this band and their artistic choices. One of my favorite albums I have ever listened to.
Album #2: So Tonight That I Might See by Mazzy Star
Favorite Song: Wasted
Notes: I surprisingly only like a handful of songs off of this album, and to be fair the ones I liked were amazing, but the other songs were just mediocre. The songs that I did like were great though and have made their way into my playlists.
Album #3: First Band On The Moon by The Cardigans
Favorite Song: Lovefool
Notes: I didn’t realize I already knew so many songs from this album, so listening to this album was a fun experience. I didn’t dislike any songs on this album as they were all really good, but “Lovefool” just stood out to me as it was very nostalgic for me.
