Two teachers and three students from Chester High School were asked to do a Zoom call with Matt, a student from the Philippines, on Saturday, November 9.

The two teachers who held this call were Ms. Hodge and Sir Arnel. This was orchestrated to help Sir Arnel meet his VISA requirements, by sharing information he has learned while working with his students in the USA.

The three CHS students who attended this was Will Welge and Sunny Jaunsel for Creative Writing and Elizabeth Wilson for Journalism.

They then video chatted with Matt Cornelius, a student who mainly wrote sport journalism.

Throughout the video call, they all spoke about their thoughts, opinions, suggestions, and experiences with many topics such as construction criticism, knowing your audience, writing competitions, interviewing, video stories, writing from your heart and personal experiences, and much more!

Everyone in the call learned so much from each other and all had a great time. They plan on doing this again sometime in the near future!
