Album #1: F-1 Trillion: Long Bed Sadness by Post Malone
Favorite Song: California Sober (feat. Chris Stapleton)
Notes: This was easily the best album on this list. The way Post Malone mixes his voice with other artists, and the switch he made to country music is amazing. His vocals fit every genre he’s done so far, which is something that’s very hard for most other artists. I had such a fun time listening to this album, while still appreciating the heart he has put into this music.

Album #2: This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway by Lola Young
Favorite Song: Wish You Were Dead
Notes: Lola Young is very talented and deserves the platform she is building. She still is relatively new to the mainstream music scene, so I took that into consideration while listening to this album. I definitely have faith in Lola, and I think that in the next couple of years she will make some extraordinary music. This wasn’t the worst album, but it wasn’t my favorite either.

Album #3: Prom Queen by Beach Bunny
Favorite Song: Adulting
Notes: I remember listening to this band and specifically this album a lot in 2020, so I had high hopes for it. And although it is very short, I was not blown away by this. It’s a mediocre album that fits the time it came out. It just doesn’t hold up well now, and I don’t think I’ll be re-listening to it anytime soon.
