Meet Teddy! He belongs to Ms. Smith, who is the new art teacher for the Junior high class at the Grade School. Teddy was a rescue dog. His prior situation was horrible, his previous owner was evicted from his apartment and left Teddy there alone with several other dogs. They were alone in the apartment for weeks before people intervened. The other dogs were too aggressive and they had to be put down but Teddy remained his sweet and well-mannered self.
Teddy’s nickname is Ted. He is a 90 lb Collie, golden retriever and pitbull mix. He just turned seven this year, and his favorite thing to do is be a shadow by following Ms. Smith around. Teddy is a smart dog he knows how to sit, shake, lay down, and he can even dance by standing on his back leg while putting his paws on Ms. Smith’s shoulder and they dance wonderfully together. When he is not by Ms. Smith’s side or doing tricks he is being a couch potato who lays right in front of the air conditioning vent. Ted is one in a million and he is the best dog in the world.
