Meet Stella May! She belongs to Mrs. Farris, a paraprofessional at Chester Grade School. Stella May was adopted from the Randolph County Humane Society in February 2025. When her family first adopted her, she was part of a severe starvation case. Before they could bring her home, the Humane Society had to get her back up to a healthy weight. She is believed to be a Pitbull, Dalmatian mix, but Farris and the Humane Society are not 100 percent sure. She is very loving and won’t leave anyone’s side. Stella May loves to ride side by side on the tractor. She also loves to swim in the lake and play outside with her family. She is a smart dog; she taught herself how to let herself in by using the back door. She is an amazing protector. The Farris family loves Stella May so much and would be lost without her.
