Album #1: The Reminder (Deluxe Version) by Feist

Favorite Song: “So Sorry”

Notes: This album is amazing. So many songs from it have been on repeat ever since I first listened to it. It is jazzy, but folk-like, with hints of pop-rock, and it all blends together to create a gorgeous and intimate album. I adore this album and recommend it to everyone.

Album #2: The Record by Boygenius

Favorite Song: “$20”

Notes: I had high hopes for this album because I like each of the individual artists in this band, but it was just okay to me. I definitely see why so many people hold this album close to their hearts, but I just couldn’t relate to it in that way. I do think it’s a great album, it’s just not my favorite thing.

Album #3: Sunburn by Dominic Fike

Favorite Song: “Ant Pile”

Notes: This is the perfect summer album. I absolutely loved it, and I’ve never been the biggest fan of Dominic Fike, so it truly surprised me how much I liked it. The album bounces back and forth between hip-hop, rock, and pop. Despite all of the different genres on this one album, everything blends together perfectly and sounds amazing. It’s definitely my favorite album off of this list.
