The magic of “Be Our Guest” has taken over Chester High School as students and staff celebrate Prom Week 2026. Following a week of spirited dress-up days and festive preparations, the excitement reached a fever pitch, with the official announcement of this year’s Prom Court on Wednesday, April 8.
Ten outstanding students have been selected to represent CHS this year. The court features six seniors competing for the titles of King and Queen, and four juniors vying for Prince and Princess.
Canidates for Prom King are Ethan Colvis, Brayden Juenger, and Isaac Sims. Prom Queen are Annah Helvey-Ahring, Addison Gottschammer, and Camryn Wolff.
The choices for Junior Prince are Zane Eggemeyer and Karim Landeros. Junior Princess are Aubrey Colvis and Aleah Eggemeyer
The festivities culminate this Saturday, April 11, at Chester High School’s Juergens Gymnasium. Under the guidance of Student Council Co-Sponsors Adrianne Kern and Erin Conley, student volunteers are currently transforming the gym to match this year’s enchanting theme.
The Dance Begins at 7:00 p.m. with the doors being open to the public at 8:30 p.m. The Coronation Ceremony will be at 9:00 p.m. and the event concluding at 10:00
Leading up to the big night, the halls of CHS have been filled with energy as students participated in daily dress-up themes from April 6–10. With the official court portraits captured on Wednesday, all that remains is the final reveal on Saturday night.
