The Chester Yellow  Jackets traveled to Eldorado Sept. 6 and lost to the Eagles 38-14.

Eldorado jumped out to a 32-0 lead before Chester scored twice on Aiden Jany touchdown runs in the fourth quarter. Jany led the Jackets with 47 yards rushing on four carries.

Dylan Kelkhoff gained 27 yards on six carries and completed three of nine passes for 43 yards.

Ethen Eggemeyer rushed five times for 31 yards. Ethan Bert gained 14 yards on nine carries. He caught two passes for 25 yards.

Ethan Stumpre gained 18 yards on three carries, Isaac Jany had a 25-yard run and Jordan Merideth gained 10 yards on one carry.

Ian Reith caught a pass for 18 yards.

Chester (1-1) plays Fairfield (2-0) Friday.
