Chester is going green.

The Chester High School environmental club is getting plastic recycling bins, but we do need people to help decorating them. 

Anyone having some free time between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, is invited to help decorate them. There will be a prize for the top recycler. 

It is great if you need service hours or you just want to let out your creative artist.
