Chester High School will have three straight four-day weeks in October, necessitating some shifting schedules.

The Wednesday remote days will be eliminated the next three weeks.

With a teacher’s institute on Friday, Oct. 9, and Columbus Day Oct. 12, CHS students will have a four-day weekend and two short school weeks.

On Oct, 5-8, A students will attend on Monday and Thursday, their normal days, but B students will attend Tuesday and Wednesday. The following week, B students will attend on their normal days — Tuesday and Thursday — and A students will be in class Wednesday and Thursday.

With parent-teacher conferences Oct. 23, students will have the same ABBA schedule as they do on Oct. 5-8.

Oct. 26-30 will be a full school week with the regular schedule in place.
