Chester went to three sets to defeat Steeleville 24-26, 26-24, 25-8 Oct. 4 in a Cahokia Conference girls’ volleyball match.
Chester beat Elverado 25-18, 25-17 on Oct. 2.
Mabry Wingerter had six kills.
Paige Vasquez had ten digs and nine assists.
Alyssa Seymour had three aces and Kailyn Absher two blocks.
Chester lost to Carlyle 25-20, 25-19 on Sept. 30.
Vasquez had nine kills and eight digs, Wingerter had 11 assists. Seymour had five aces. Absher and Jordan Buskohl had two blocks each.
