The Chester Yellow Jackets girls’ basketball team has three players in double figures as they beat New Athens 58-30 on November 14th in the Sparta Invitational Tournament.

Camryn Howie led the team in points, rebounds, assists, and blocks, which led her to get player of the game against New Athens. Howie had 15 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks, 4 steals, and no turnovers. Jazzi Meridith had 10 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals. Emma Diskey had 12 points with a 75 percent field goal percentage.
Lexie Mott scored nine points. Rylie Conley and Aubrey Coleman scored five points each. Jessica Stumpe netted two points.

Sparta also beat Red Bud Monday.
