The Chester Lady Yellowjackets defeated Zeigler-Royalton 25-18, 25-18 on Monday.

They have won three in a row and are now 8-3 in conference play.

It was a night filled with many emotions Thursday night In Colbert Memorial Gymnasium. Before the game 3 senior girls were recognized for not only their hard work on the court, but in academics as well. The first senior to be recognized was Libero #6 Caitlin Roberts, followed by Setter #1 Carlee Weir, and Outside hitter #7 Lauren Welge. The game was hard fought by both teams as it went to 3 sets. Ending in a heartbreaking loss for the Yellow Jackets.
